Our Take

Tonkotsu-focused ramen with one of Toronto's best broths

Based on 1,464 reviews

rich, well-developed tonkotsu brothconsistent quality across visitsgood value for the neighbourhood

small space, limited seatingwait times on weekendslimited vegetarian options

Best for: Ramen purists who want a proper tonkotsu broth without gimmicks
Weeknight solo diners (counter seats, efficient service)
Groups of 2-4 before a night out on College Street
Cold-weather comfort eating — the broth earns its reputation in January
Busiest: Weekend dinner (6–9pm)
