Our Take

Customizable tonkotsu ramen with rich broth and fast service

Based on 625 reviews

Highly customizable bowlsRich, creamy tonkotsu brothFast service despite long lines

Long waits during peak timesBroth can feel overly rich/heavyMall parking and rushed pace

Best for: Customizing your bowl exactly how you like it (spice, noodles, garlic, richness)
Casual solo or group ramen outings (fast turnover, mall location)
Trying bold broth varieties like Black King or Red King
Busiest: Weekend dinner (peak lines, ~45 min wait)
