Our Take

Toronto ramen staple with deep broth and long waits

Based on 4,472 reviews

rich, well-developed brothconsistent quality over many visitsgenerous portions

weekend wait timessmall, tight spaceno reservations

Best for: Ramen enthusiasts who want a technically serious bowl, not a trendy spinoff
College-area weeknight dinners where the vibe is low-key and the food is the point
Solo diners comfortable with counter or communal seating
Cold-weather comfort eating in a city that gets serious winters
Busiest: Weekend dinner (6–9pm)
